Final Note

Ben Bernanke to give lectures on Federal Reserve

Kai Ryssdal Jan 26, 2012

This final note today. Federal Reserve chairman Ben Bernanke, you may or may not know, used to be a tenured member of the economics faculty at Princeton University. Seems he misses the classroom a bit.

This morning, the Fed announced Mr. Bernanke will be teaching a couple of undergrad classes at George Washington University this spring. “The Federal Reserve and its Role in Today’s Economy” is the class title.

We went out to campus today to see what kind of crowd he might get.

I’m glad G.W. got him.

I’m looking forward to potentially getting a class with the chairman of the Fed.

Just anything he can teach us would be phenomenal.

Uh yeah, but I don’t like economics.

Yeah, me neither.
