Starting February 3, kids may have an entirely new experience at the happiest place on earth.

That’s because Disney has announced that after years of strict rules against facial hair, they will allow their employees to sport goatees and even beards.

In today’s Mid-day Extra, we look at what this change says about Disney as a company.
