Netflix customers to Netflix: Boooooo!

Or so go the numbers from a recent survey. Netflix had biggest drop in online customer satisfaction in the bi-annual ForSee survey, dropping seven points from 86 to 79 out of 100. Deciding to raise prices, splitting the company in two, then rejoining the company before ever really splitting it probably didn’t help much. Amazon topped the list for the 14th consecutive time with a score of 88. Might be interesting to look at the next report, after the Netflix dust has settled and complaints about the Kindle Fire continue to pile up. Re-seller, Overstock.com came in last with a score of 72. 72 points? That’s still a C average right?
