In addition to being a day to give thanks for what we have, today is also a day for eating. And we're going to talk food now with someone whose food products are going to be found on many dinner tables in America today: Randy Papadellis. He's the president and CEO of Ocean Spray, and he joins us from Lakeville, Massachusetts.

In this extended interview for our Mid-day Extra, Mr. Papadellis tells us about job creation, the cranberry market in China, and why he loves his job.

“I think the best compliment I can give is not to say how much your programs have taught me (a ton), but how much Marketplace has motivated me to go out and teach myself.” – Michael in Arlington, VA
