The planned cleaning of the encampment fro Occupy Wall Street protest in lower Manhattan has been postponed. The protesters had said the planned cleanup at 7 a.m. was merely a pretext to evict them. Both Jill Schlesinger and Chris Low weigh in on the the good news of the day: retail sales grew at their fastest pace in seven months in September.
