More young children playing video games

A final note today, which can only be filed under ‘this week’s sign the apocalypse is upon us.’

There was a study out today on video games and how much more we’re playing ’em. Which we are. And which isn’t all that surprising.

Here’s the shocker though. The NPD Group says the biggest increase in gaming is by children age 2 to 5 — up 17 percent from a couple of years ago.

Me? I blame Steve Jobs. Think about it for a second.
