Congress can’t agree on a bill for disaster relief spending, and it could lead to a government shutdown. The NBA has canceled some preseason games as its lockout continues. Commentator Jon Wertheim talked about the concept of “Moneyball.” We went over the new changes coming to Facebook. Sears is marketing itself as a place for other retailers to set up shop.
