For Marketplace Morning Report, Thur., Sept. 22, 2011

The thing that is driving the market plummet this morning is the Fed, and its action yesterday to shift its investment portfolio toward long-term bonds in a move called “Operation Twist“. Carmax just reported, and used car sales rose between 4 and 5 percent.

And here are the songs we played today:

  • New West – Cult of YouthBuy
  • Without You – Rainbow ArabiaBuy
  • Vanilla Minus – Gold PandaBuy
  • San Pedro – MogwaiBuy
  • The Shy Retirer – Arab StrapBuy
