This final note today. Wikipedia needs you. Jimmy Wales, the guy who started what has become the planet’s fifth most visited website, says he’s losing more contributors than he’s picking up. That’s a problem for what’s supposed to be a user-created and maintained encyclopedia.

Wales needs another 5,000 active contributors to get up to full strength. He’s not helping himself much, though, when he describes the typical candidate as a 26-year-old geeky male.
