The Waterview Tower in Chicago was supposed to be a luxury hotel and condo building, but now it’s being changed to apartments. A program in Maine is teaching about fish farming. The U.S. government is staying mum on which government programs will get money first, whether or not a debt deal passes. Turkey is reaping economic benefits for being nice to its neighbors.
