LulzSec says it will partner with news media in releasing emails

John Moe Jul 21, 2011

So far, the phone at Marketplace Tech Report has not rung with offers of new partnerships. Nonetheless, the once-retired now-back hacking collective LulzSec says that it has changed its mind about the 4GB worth of emails it claims to have absconded with from the News International. The original plan was to post them all online, now LulzSec (or someone claiming to represent them, who even knows any more, honestly) says the group will release the emails through media partners in much the same way Wikileaks did. By the way, what ever happened to Wikileaks? They seem so 2010 now.

Anonymous also claims to have confidential NATO documents but there are differing opinions as to how important and how secret these alleged documents may be.
