Now, a chance to test your marketing prognostication skills.

The website 24/7 Wall Street has come out with a list of well known brand names it thinks will simply disappear in 2012. Just, go away.

It’s a thing they do every year. They’ve been right in the past. And wrong.

So anyway, here’s the list:

  1. Sears
  2. Sony Pictures
  3. American Apparel
  4. Nokia
  5. Saab
  6. A&W All-American Foods Restaurants… actually I thought they were already gone.
  7. Soap Opera Digest, ditto.
  8. Sony Ericsson
  9. MySpace
  10. Kellogg’s Corn Pops
