Time Capsule is a data storage device from Apple designed for people who need to store a whole lot of data. It had held 1 terabyte of data for $299 and 2 terabytes for $499. And now it can hold yet more. Apple quietly rolled out new versions of Time Capsule, offering 2TB for $299 and 3TB for $399. Yes yes, data data, blah blah but this illustrates something you should know and remember: we're demanding more data storage and it's getting cheaper.
Meanwhile, Apple also released Final Cut Pro X, the latest version of it's professional video editing software.
Apple said the software "completely reinvents video editing with a Magnetic Timeline that lets you edit on a flexible, trackless canvas; Content Auto-Analysis that categorizes your content upon import by shot type, media and people; and background rendering that allows you to work without interruption."
It's available in the Mac App store.
