With private-sector hiring and manufacturing still moving slowly, and home prices taking a major drop, are we heading for a double-dip recession? Nokia’s business also isn’t faring so well, especially in the smart phone market. Commentator Robert Reich spoke about a new complication to the relationship between corporations and federal money. FIFA president Sepp Blatter was re-elected today, despite recent allegations of bribery and corruption within the organization. We heard about the higher rate of tobacco use among members of the military, and how that might be linked to lower prices. And there’s a forest in Virginia that’s getting paid for the work it’s doing for the environment. Here are the songs we played:

  • What’s the Crazy – OddiseeBuy
  • Questioningly – The French KicksBuy
  • A Beat Never Forgets – MochipetBuy
  • Spilt Milk – DujeousBuy
  • Father and Son – Apollo BrownBuy
