Speaking of the budget, how much dough is foreign aid accounting for? We talk with Egypt’s minister of planning and international cooperation to see what kind of assistance her country is seeking.

We also talked with law and economics professor William Black about whether the 2008 financial crisis was a crisis wasted. And in your waste bin, did you throw out some apples? Apple juice is joining commodities trading. For the record, I like both OJ and apple juice.

In international news, is entrepreneurship the answer for Japan to recover from its devastating earthquake? And back at here in the U.S., cities are looking to cash in on parking spots.
