Things are looking up for GM as the company posts its best profits in a long while. But is the company ready? The Air Force is expected to announced its refueling tanker contract today, a big decision that’ll affect the next generation of the aerospace industry. Motorola introduced the Xoom today, and it’s already pricier than the iPad — the second generation of which is also expected to be introduced next week. Let the tablet wars begin. Meanwhile, the Academy Awards are this weekend, and ads for the Hollywood event are all over. Experian is adding rent payment history to the credit card and mortgage data it tracks. In the Middle East, Jordanians are beginning to find better pay and unemployment outside of their home country. The “oil rich” may not, in fact, be so rich. And there seems to be a direct correlation between the prices of oil and wine. Here are the songs we played:

  • Keyboard Milk – RoyksoppBuy
  • I Follow Rivers – Lykke LiBuy
  • Sun Videos – Monster RallyBuy
  • Lotus Flower – Radiohead
  • New Beat – Toro y MoiBuy
  • White Noise – MogwaiBuy
