On this Presidents’ Day, we looked at how the CARD Act is doing, one year since its passing. For those without credit cards or checking accounts, prepaid cards are becoming increasingly popular. We got a report on what’s happening on in Libya, and how that might affect oil prices here in the U.S. Tess spoke to Financial Times columnist and author Gideon Rachman about his thoughts on how international cooperation has given way to conflict in this current “Age of Anxiety.” KFC finds major success in China.
