Google has accused Bing of spying on users’ searches and using the information to beef up Bing’s own search results. Microsoft’s denied doing so, but Google’s claims might not find any footing in court or with users. The Internet is slowly opening back up again in Egypt, but back here in the U.S., some are finding it difficult to send money to families within the country. Commentator David Frum contemplated the role of economics in political unrest.
The snowstorm raging over the U.S heartland brings up the money-making potential in investing in weather. The U.S. economy is nearing its debt ceiling, but maybe not as quickly as first expected. Bob Moon spoke to the New York Times’ David Leonhardt about why the corporate tax code should be overhauled.
