Google may face challenges on ITA purchase

John Moe Jan 14, 2011

Bloomberg is citing anonymous sources as saying that it’s very possible the Justice Department will launch an anti-trust lawsuit against Google, blocking its proposed purchase of a software company called ITA. ITA makes software that provides online flight and ticket information for popular travel sites like Expedia and Travelocity.
