MIDDAY UPDATE: Frightful weather on the East Coast and post-holiday recycling

The northeast corridor suffers a post-holiday blizzard, and travelers face canceled flights, trains and roads too dangerous to drive. The cold weather has added to the cost of oil, which is now at a two-year high. In other oil news, Russian oil tycoon Mikhail Khodorkosky will stay behind bars after a judge found him guilty of stealing millions of tons of oil.
