An investment today valued Twitter at about $4 billion, much more than previously perceived. Steve Henn did the math on other big tech companies as well. In government news, we looked at whether the economy needs the stimulus provided by the tax cut compromise, at the Federal Reserve’s proposal for a cap on debit card interchange fees, and the new rules set out for giant solar farms in the west.
