The search war would seem to have been won by Google long ago but the battles range on nevertheless. In Yahoo’s case, there is still plenty of money to be made in advertising even though Google reigns and even though Yahoo is pretty closely tied to Microsoft’s Bing search engine. To that end: more gussying up. Visitors to the ‘hoo will notice quicker results and more links appearing at the top of the search page, especially if you’re looking for things like sports or movies.
