And the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is taking shape. We talk with the L.A. Times’ David Lazarus about what lobbyists and activists want. Rolling right along, Amtrack released its high-speed rail plans. We have a story about an Iranian pistachio ban and lessons in marketing from the Grateful Dead. The iconic group wasn’t on today’s playlist, but here’s what we did play:

- Electric Feel — MGMTBuy
- Enjoy the Ride — MorcheebaBuy
- Walk In The Sky (feat. Bajka) — BonoboBuy
