As discussed on the show, here’s a video of Yotaro, the robot baby. As you can see, he (it?) isn’t especially realistic but somehow elicits nurturing instincts in those that see it (him?). Interesting to note that the realistic runny nose is produced by a constantly oozing pump. There is NO WAY TO STOP THE RUNNY NOSE. In that sense, this is a very realistic simulation of a baby.Â
