Thai businesses continue to suffer under a near nine-week anti-government protest in an encampment which is home to several businesses, foreign embassies, hotels and condominiums. Protesters are angry over a deposed prime minister. Those residents trapped within the war zone are struggling, according to BBC correspondent Vaudine England.

Tourism has dropped significantly, with flights to the country left virtually empty. Tourists staying are also encouraged to leave as many five-star hotels have closed. England says businesses still doing work with the country are doing so for a healthy profit margin or for their personal commitment to the country.
