$8 Gasoline and the Yukon

I got a call from a financial advisor this morning, and he had seen a calculation that with zero percent interest financing and all the price cuts/discounts being put on the Yukon, gasoline would have to hit $8 a gallon before the SUV became uneconomic. If he's right, that's a stunning number.

Ok, Chris, it may make "economic" sense, but what about what's best for the environment, our planet, our children, our grandchildren.

In today's world and today's environment, driving a Yukon simply isn't responsible. Period. I don't care what it costs.

Uneconomic relative to what? Do you mean, worse economically than buying it at an undiscounted price when gas was $2, or what?
