This generation will have a particularly difficult time as they try to figure what assets will remain after the massive fraud of the 1990s is settled. With an interest payment settlement of fraud by the attorneys general, there are still trillions of fraudulent gains to be clawed-back and it will affect not only the banks but the shareholders who made much of their wealth on those fraudulent gains. So, it is up in the air how long this artificial wealth will be maintained and when it will head back to the government coffers and individual victims.
