The lady made a huge faux pas: she said panhandlers might spend money on 'alcohol or drugs'. Alcohol is a hard as heroin: alcohol is a hard drug... that phrase 'alcohol or drugs' is used by alcohol users in a contrived effort to pretend they aren't addicts; either that or it's straight stupidity/ignorance.
While it certainly makes sense to have liability protection at least equal to your net worth, I wonder why Ms. Weston says "two times" net worth is better. Why not three times? Four times?
