In locating a participant merchant nothing comes up in any zip code tried even at metro areas from NC,DC,NY,MA,CA. Called listed customer service who told me to call customer service? The supervisor had no answer and ignorant of difference between DC and WA - telling me 'we don't cover WA and ID...' Where is truth in advertising here? BoA is one of your sponsors, so likely not getting any response to this.
