This latest outage seems to be affecting Europe, primarily, although reports are coming in from Japan and Australia about problems there as well. It’s not everybody, just pockets of problems. Skype is saying on Twitter that it’s aware of the problem and is fixing it. I kind of suspect that this isn’t a huge thing but it captures a lot of people’s imagination in light of Microsoft’s purchase of the company.
