Numero Group is not the largest record label in the world. Not exactly in Sony or Warner territory. But they're taking a stand against Apple's iCloud music service anyway, specifically against the user option to have old music replaced with new copies of the same music for an annual fee. Their catalog is still available on iTunes, but it won't be available for matching.
