The nano vehicle is full of chemotherapy drugs. It drives straight into cancer cells and releases the payload — doesn’t react and release chemo drugs into healthy cells. After delivering the drugs, the nano-car then decomposes in the body. It’s a little cancer-killing car-bomb.
