Michael Jackson online game exists for some reason

In a move that easily ranks up there with the weirdest stories about Jackson when he was alive, the estate of Michael Jackson has launched Michael Jackson Planet. It's a free MMO (massively multiplayer online) game where players can create Jackson avatars and run around, doing...what exactly I don't know. The virtual world has the sets of the Billie Jean, Beat It, and Thriller videos.

"We put a focus on something that will truly allow fans to immerse themselves in a Michael Jackson-like universe or music-video-like world and interact with each other and then go on adventures and do gameplay stuff and socialize," says Josh Gordon of developer SEE Virtual Worlds.
