That Duqu that you do

Marc Sanchez Nov 14, 2011

Duqu, the recently discovered virus with links to Stuxnet, has now shown up in Iran. Yesterday, the head of Iran’s Civil Defense Department announced the virus had been discovered and that “computers at all main sites at risk were being checked and that Iran had developed software to combat the virus.” Duqu isn’t an attacking virus like Stuxnet, it’s more like a sophisticated helper virus that lays the groundwork for an attack. If Stuxnet were a guy trying to break out of prison, Duqu would be his buddy holding open the barbed-wire fence and arranging a safe house.
