Apple's App Store Approval Process

That's a whole lot of use of the letters a-p-p in a row. But the app store has more problems than that what with slow approvals, seemingly arbitrary decisions, and a real lack of transparency. Our pal John Gruber points us to Paul Graham's writing on the subject. Graham talks about how Apple is frustrating a lot of developers and many in the geekosphere are getting hacked off at Cupertino. But Apple may not care since iPhones are selling so well - must be doing something right, yeah? But Graham includes this killer sentence about that:

An organization that wins by exercising power starts to lose the ability to win by doing better work.
