Airbnb gets into the sublet biz

The online home-away-from-home broker is moving beyond short-term stays and inching toward real estate. And if you try out the new sublet section in the first week, you'll get a $200/mo discount.

Airbnb has come under some criticism in recent months because people would rent/lend out their home only to find that it was trashed and their renters had ripped them off. Whoops. Humanity is awful.
