There’s been a debate going on this week about when and whether parents should monitor their children’s online behavior. Not exactly the NSA — but moms and dads have made similar arguments out of concerns for safety. Janell Burley-Hoffman helps us at Marketplace Tech understand how to behave with technology, and she weighs in on the subject.
