Microsoft returns to San Francisco for developers conference

Microsoft kicks off its developers conference, Microsoft Build, on Wednesday. It's a chance for the company to get app makers and others excited about making new software for its platform. Microsoft returns to San Francisco this year for the meeting, for the first time since 1997.
