Shut out the cold.

At night, remember to close the curtains blinds and drapes. Even a flimsy blind can reduce the amount of heat radiating out your windows at night. They can also reduce drafts. Also, close cabinets and doors, air moving around your house creates a vacuum on one side and a pressure bubble on the other sucking in cold air. Closing interior doors helps prevent cold air from moving through your house.
