If you happened to see the Facebook movie, “The Social Network,” you’re familiar with the Winklevoss twins — the snooty brothers who say Mark Zuckerberg stole the idea for Facebook from them. Anyway, they’ve been trying for years now to reverse a deal they made with Zuckerberg to settle a lawsuit they filed against him. The complaint, basically, was that Zuckerberg hoodwinked ’em into taking less than they were entitled to.
The court today said nu-uh, you guys were sophisticated parties to the deal. Their slice of the company right now by the way — $160 million.
