Winklevoss twins lose Facebook appeal

If you happened to see the Facebook movie, “The Social Network,” you’re familiar with the Winklevoss twins — the snooty brothers who say Mark Zuckerberg stole the idea for Facebook from them. If you didn’t see the movie, well, they’re two snooty brothers who say Mark Zuckerberg stole the idea for Facebook from them.

Anyway, they’ve been trying for years now to reverse a deal they made with Zuckerberg to settle a lawsuit they filed against him. The complaint, basically, was that Zuckerberg hoodwinked ’em into taking less than they were entitled to.

The court today said nu-uh, you guys were sophisticated parties to the deal. Their slice of the company right now by the way — $160 million.
