Don't feel too bad for Goldman Sachs

This final note today, to follow up on Bob Moon's story about bank profits. Can't leave without mentioning the bank everyone loves to hate.

That'd be Goldman Sachs. Goldman reported profits this morning, both quarterly and year over year. The numbers were down in both cases, and when the bank makes less money, so to do Goldman employees.

Don't feel too bad for 'em, though. Average compensation last year was better than $430,000.
