Talking About a Cellular Revolution

The big news in telecommunications this week was Ma Bell putting herself together again. AT&T is paying $67 billion for Bell South. But even a reinvigorated AT&T won't be the all-powerful monopoly it used to be. Much has changed since deregulation. Rivals aren't just other phone companies anymore. Today's competitors include cable and entertainment companies, too. Industry insiders say the result could be a revolution... in cell phones. But... how?
