KAI RYSSDAL: This final note...

When Viacom, which owns Comedy Central and the Daily Show, sued Google to the tune of a billion dollars for allowing copyrighted clips up on YouTube, the Daily Show's Demetri Martin found himself in something of a dilemma.

DEMETRI MARTIN: Basically, we're talking about whether it's illegal to watch me discussing the legality of you watching me on the Daily Show if you're watching it on YouTube. Maybe I'm on YouTube right now.

We won't tell you where we got that clip, but Viacom has found a way around its sticky situation. As of today, 13,000 Daily Show clips are online. Not on YouTube, of course. Try TheDailyShow.com.
