In commodities news, cotton prices are at a 15-year high. Overseas, the U.K. is considering breaking up big banks and a U.N. summit in Rome is looking at the world's food prices. Back home in the U.S., the media seem to paying more attention to education issues. Also, there's a malicious computer worm on the loose and durable goods has dropped.
