Morgan Spurlock visited the Marketplace studios decked out in his brand-covered suit. He spoke with Kai about his new movie, “POM Wonderful Presents: The Greatest Movie Ever Sold.” French fries are apparently not as popular as they once were. New Orleans chef Susan Spicer talked about how her restaurant is recovering since the BP oil spill one year ago. And on the subject of oil, we heard about trying to find alternatives.

The MLB has decided to take over the Los Angeles Dodgers from owner Frank McCourt. President Obama is urging colleges to remind students that they can be covered under their parents’ health insurance. Manufacturing shows big profits for the U.S. economy. And here are the songs we played:

  • Games – The StrokesBuy
  • Blue Night – DJ Rupture
  • Baseball Theme – Vince Guaraldi TrioBuy
  • Big Chief – Professor LonghairBuy
  • The Man Who Sold the World – NirvanaBuy
