Today we heard from Marketplace's Rob Schmitz about the escalating tension between North and South Korea, and how the tension will affect global economics.

Last weekend, Denver hosted the world's biggest marijuana trade show, KushCon. The convention featured cooking classes, Santa Claus and thousands of attendees.

A man in Dover, England looks to purchase the city's historic port. He'll have to raise $600 million to protect the port from overseas investors.

After the financial crisis, regulators pushed banks to raise their base pay -- to reduce the bonuses that encouraged risk. The UK may be using those new Wall Street rules to lure more banking operations across the pond.

The Australian government will investigate online shopping practices. The weak U.S. dollar has made shopping on American websites more efficient, and the practices are cutting into Australia's bottom line.
