Former Senator Christopher Dodd, most remembered for his work on the financial reform package (Dodd-Frank), has taken on a new role: head of the Motion Picture Association of America. The U.S. may reach its debt ceiling next month. As oil hits $100 a barrel, the subject of the U.S.'s dependence on foreign oil rises again. In Libya, meanwhile, the U.S. sanctions highlight sovereign wealth funds.
