This final note on the way today, which comes with the observation that this is Red Pants Friday here at Marketplace World Headquarters.

Yes, it’s usually just me taking part…but still.

Anyway, someone sent me this the other day: A study over in the U.K. showing Brits don’t much care for men in red trousers. Seems it’s an indicator of upper-class snobbishness. Words like “idiot” and “clown” were used to describe men in red.

Which did give me pause.

But then I remembered we’re not in London, are we now?
