And this final note.

Modern families generally don’t hammer out deals to get work done around the house. But one “Modern Family” is looking to rip up a bunch of contracts for work done on their sitcom. Five stars of ABC’s hugely popular, Emmy award-winning show are suing to void their agreements. Sofia Vergara, Eric Stonestreet, Julie Bowen, Ty Burrell and Jesse Tyler Ferguson say their contracts are illegal under California law. They are currently in salary negotiations with 20th Century Fox Television.
