Major League Baseball expanding drug testing policy
Starlin Castro #13 of the Chicago Cubs stands on a base honoring former Cub Ron Santo's induction into the Baseball Hall of Fame during a game against the St. Louis Cardinals at Wrigley Field on July 27, 2012 in Chicago, Ill.
